TRINISTAB-1107 provides excellent heat stability in rigid as well as flexible PVC formulations. It is generally used in combination with Dibasic Lead Stearate(TS-1206) and/or Lead stearate (TS-2106) for better lubrication and heat stability. The fine particle size of TRINISTAB-1107 helps in better dispersion and thus gives superior heat stability.
APPLICATIONS
In both, rigid and flexible PVC formulations for PVC pipes, profiles, sheets, tubings and reinforced suction hoses.
TRINISTAB-1107 is popularly used in insulation/sheathing compounds for PVC wires and cables.
