TRINISTAB-333 is an excellent lead complex stabiliser having balanced lubrication and thermal stability for pipe extrusion. It has adequate built-in lubrication characteristics.
APPLICATIONS
TRINISTAB-333 is an excellent cost performance stabiliser for extrusion of rigid PVC pipes for both pressure and non-pressure applications.
At higher levels of fillers, for example for non-pressure pipes, addition of small quantities(0.1-0.2phr) of paraffin wax or polyethylene wax or synthetic ester wax may be considered.
