TRINISTAB-612 is an economical one pack stabiliser with excellent heat stabilising and good light stabilising characteristics. |
| APPLICATIONS |
TRINISTAB-612 is an excellent cost performance stabiliser for extrusion of rigid PVC pipes for both pressure and non-pressure applications.
TRINISTAB-612 has been specially designed for providing optimum performance on twin screw extruders. At higher levels of fillers, for example for non-pressure pipes, addition of small quantities(0.1-0.2phr) of paraffin wax or polyethylene wax or synthetic ester wax may be considered.
Pipe manufacturers who are presently using commodity lead stabilisers would generally find it possible to replace the total quantity of stabilisers by a lower dosage of TRINISTAB-612. |
